Role: – Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Payroll Consultant
Location: – Freelancing -Work from Home // Offshore // Must be available as per UAE time//
Mode of hiring/Duration: -6 Months Extendable
Minimum of 5 years experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll.
Has managed the design of payroll elements based on requirements
Has strong experience in writing fast formulas and has developed complex processing rules.
Good knowledge of underlying database structures in HCM and Payroll
Good knowledge of HCM extracts, OTBI/BI Publisher, and SQL (Required for fast formulas)
Preferably having business knowledge and design understanding of UN payroll (UN common system payroll policies)
